Life doesn’t stop even when life seems to be stopping. When you are suddenly on this unexpected journey, you need something more than a road map. Rhonda Zweber shares her heart with us as we learn how her cancer diagnosis brought her to a deeper relationship with our Lord and His Mother Mary that is enabling her to assist other women faced with unexpected twists and turns in life.
Rhonda Zweber is a Catholic wife, mother of three daughters (two are married), and proud grandma of Lucy!
Rhonda’s mission in life since being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007 has been to bring others to Christ, especially when life becomes difficult. Rhonda enjoys speaking to groups and sharing how her relationship with Jesus has grown and has sustained her throughout her journey. Rhonda has given many talks to various sizes of groups of men and women, mostly within Catholic communities.
Even though cancer returned in 2013 and is still active, Rhonda continues to accept God’s will for her life, she shares her joy with everyone she meets and she credits her deep faith to her diagnosis and has found many blessings along the way.
Reading Between the Signs is Rhonda’s second book. Her first book, Mommy’s Hats, explains her first year of cancer treatment through the eyes of her youngest daughter, when she was just 5 years old.
Rhonda graduated from Florida Southern College with a teaching degree in Physical Education and taught for 10 years before she came into her true vocation as wife and mom and was blessed to be home with her daughters throughout their school years.
