Every person passes through a family. Catholic families are called to be the light in the darkness. We desire our loved ones to be happy and holy. But the family is the target of attack from the world, the flesh, and devil.

As the family goes, so goes society. Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta said, “If you want to change the world, go home and love your family”.  Kathleen Beckman, author of the best-selling book, “A Family Guide to Spiritual Warfare” will present practical insights into how you can protect and pray for loved ones. She will emphasize the need to start with you! Kathleen will present practical Catholic strategies, to help you cultivate personal and family holiness and happiness. Kathleen will show how to use the Churchs treasury – the power of the sacraments, and sacramentals, prayer, and putting on “God’s Armor“ of protection.

The goal of this event is to offer hope, healing, and better equip you to be Gods instrument of love and joy for your family and beyond.

A dynamic evangelist, best-selling author and popular Ignatian retreat leader, Mrs. Kathleen Beckman has served the Church for twenty-five years through retreat work, Catholic radio, and TV, writing and speaking. She’s traveled to thirteen countries to share the story of her conversion, and healing after the murder of a loved one. Having met and prayed with Catholic laity and clergy internationally, she has a passion for healing the family, protecting the Domestic Church, and praying for the holiness of priests. Kathleen serves in the Church’s ministry of healing, deliverance, and exorcism at the invitation of Clergy. She was on faculty for the Pope Leo XIII Institute for six years, completed the Association of International Exorcists Course at the Pontifical Regina Apostolorum University in 2017, and serves as the diocesan administrator of exorcism and deliverance ministry. A member of the exorcist’s team, she accompanies persons seeking liberation from evil spirits.

In 2013, with encouragement of the Vatican’s Dicastery for the Clergy, she co-founded (with Monsignor Stephen Doktorczyk, J.C.D.) the Foundation of Prayer for Priests, an apostolate of spiritual motherhood and fatherhood for the holiness and protection of priests. All are invited to join this movement of prayer for priests at www.foundationforpriests.org.

Sophia Institute Press publishes her four best-selling books including, “Praying for Priests”, “God’s Healing Mercy”, “When Women Pray” and the newest, “A Family Guide to Spiritual Warfare”. Her newest Sophia Press book, “Beautiful Holiness: A Path to Divine Intimacy with Blessed Conchita Cabrera” will be published in 2023.
